KTL Designs is a Sheffield based mechanical design draughting house. Our designers use the very latest CAD software & utilise extensive design experience to produce each client a solution to meets his needs. We have been involved in the design of equipment across the full spectrum of Sheffield and surrounding areas mechanical involvement, look at our resumes, which I would hope speak for themselves We pride ourselves on over 40 years of industry knowledge , and can honestly say that we  have kept up with technological advances, using SOLIDWORKS 2016 excellently supported by CADTEK. Being of the old school although we use FEA as a tool, all design calculations are backed up with 'hand calcs' but MATHCAD, EXCEL and VBASIC are todays alternatives. All seats of SOLIDWORKS are classed as portable, so can be used part time at our clients premises, primarily on our laptops, as well as our static high speed machines. We are truly a international company boasting customers in Finland. We also have a fully functioning machine shop to complement the design office, this coupled with our stable of 3d printers will cover most customers needs. In 2016 Dr Brian Sulaiman of the Dena group of companies, bought into the business and his input will further influence KTL Designs work ethic.
